Season:      Spring – March to June

Practice days – Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm – 4:30pm or 5pm – depending on your events.

All students interested in Track and Field should see Mrs. Liversidge for paperwork.

Pre-season warm up has begun … even though the weather is not cooperating.

We are practicing at WSS in the gyms the week before March Break – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We will begin regular practices following March Break.

The intent is to train at MRSS most days.  Once we know who is available to train on each day we will organize shuttles to MRSS for 3pm.

**It is important that you have your paperwork returned to the coaches as this is your permission to ride share as well as to practice and compete with the team.
